This is a marvelous creation that will help patients and practitioners update their thinking on what is possible after knee surgery. Highly valuable.

This is such a useful pod for anyone who is considering a knee replacement surgery!!!
Great to hear perspectives from actual patients who have gone through the procedure. I learned things BEFORE surgery that normally one would never learn until it is too late. I’m exploring using an X10 near me, it really seems like my best option for a quick recovery.
This pod is so useful!
Loved the interview with Richard, the piece by Dr. Freeman on Vitamin D, and the interview with Dr. Lederman. And Mike McClellan’s piece on the stationary bike is not to be missed.
I suggest the creators do more patient interviews - I want more of the truth behind knee surgery and recovery... keep this pod going, I am hooked!

Great for anybody recovering from knee surgery or thinking of new knees 🙂
A little pod... and likely a wonderful pod for those looking for answers for their recovery from knee replacement and knee surgery recovery. The X10 machine and program are highlighted which will be useful for those who want to learn more about it.
Glad something like this is out there - this seems to fill a new space in knee surgery recovery.

Great info and insights here! How helpful for anyone in this knee recovery world, trying to navigate their way through the “bumps & bruises”, and find their road to happier knees again. :-) Thank you for these great resources!
This is one of those great finds if you have a knee surgery coming up, or if you have had knee replacement surgery.
I love learning about this new knee recovery system, the X10. And, so far, the content from the medical professionals has been first rate.
Keep it up!!
Dr. Salama is a true pro! He listens and cares about his patients!! He also keeps himself informed about the lastest technology available for his patients. The X10 helps patients gain peace of mind, progress and ease when they need the most!! Great surgeon and great tool!!!!
Loved these podcasts as they certainly pertain to my world. While it seems they are also pitching their knee recovery system (which actually looks pretty great per their website), I really appreciated the first hand stories from real people about their struggles and triumphs in their road to knee recovery. 5 stars!
We really enjoyed going through the episodes of this podcast. It was very interesting to hear from patients who've already had knee replacement surgery as well as doctors' opinions. We're looking forward to checking out the next episodes!
I am just surprised this hasn’t been done before. These are fascinating stories, and are perfect for someone who has a knee surgery or a knee replacement coming up.
I know this is a big challenge for so many people, and it’s great to hear the voices of others were gone through it before hand. Invaluable!
