    I am learning a lot through this podcast. What makes it five stars is that Erin is a skilled interviewer. She seems to connect and welcome the guest in from the beginning, has a thoughtful and easy-going way of communicating. I also really appreciate the pace at which she speaks as I find a lot of podcasters speak way too quickly. Tone-wise it always sounds like she's having a conversation & good laugh with a good friend.
