I am sorry but I listened to this up until episode 4 when the attorney they were consulting with actually suggested that there be a lower standard of proof in sexual assault trial cases. That is such a reckless and uninformed thing to say, and for an attorney to be the one saying it, and for this podcast to actually punish that, is irresponsible.
