    This podcast helps me learn about myself, what drives me as a parent, spouse, daughter, and friend, and gives me the tools to do better as a parent. My parenting has been a mix of emotion-based and behavior-based, but I didn’t know it until hearing the labels from Kyle, and now I’m trying hard to be more consistently emotion-based both in my parenting and as a spouse. Old habits die hard, as they say, but I’m using the insights provided by Kyle and Sara to try to do better and be more consistent... more
