  • Betsy is brilliant and delightful

She is such a genuine, humble person who seems to read my mind with the way she talks about the challenges of life. She has a lovely approach that is compassionate and vulnerable, and her advice is grounded in her expertise and own life stories. I love how she synthesizes tools to think about to get stronger and more centered.

  • Amazing, totally inspiring

I am several years late to this show. It only came into my awareness on January 27, 2026 by a synchronistic event! Since that time, I have been devouring it episode by episode, starting at the beginning.

Betsy is pure light!! Joy, enthusiasm, energy and effervescence!

I have a notebook filled with her wisdom and thoughts — & I’m only about 260ish episodes deep!

In the two months of listening I have made some significant shifts in my life and my perspectives; the way I feel about things and th... more

  • Waste of time

I was looking for a podcast about NLP. I came across this, I chose randomly the latest episode. I only lasted 10 minutes. All she was talking about was buying mattress, nail polish, selling house and Taylor Swift. It’s so disappointing that most women talk about shopping, their kids and other subjects that they should keep for themselves. How about sticking to the subject? Maybe rename your podcast so it’s not misleading.
