  • One of the best podcasts out there

Gavin did an episode of Most Notorious and I am so glad he did. This podcast is amazing. I not only echo the other five star reviews in terms of research, but the writing is OUTSTANDING. It’s clever and witty and I am often just laughing out loud at some of his observations. I don’t get the other criticisms of his narration; it’s wonderful. I am hooked on season 3 and my other true crime podcasts are languishing in my queue.

  • My favorite podcast. The research is exceptional, the writing is vivid, and the show covers a variety of fascinating historical topics. The tone is largely light-hearted, and there's more educational substance in 1 episode than you get in entire seasons of other history podcasts. A true gem.
