This is such a brilliant podcast. It is pitched so week that healthcare professionals and patients can learn from it equally. So well run and covering such a wide range of topics. Well done to all involved. 👏
I’m really delighted to have found this podcast - Prof Carney’s episode was particularly good for explaining all the medical stuff that was confusing to me before now! Also loved listening to Helen Forristal from Marie Keating foundation about the wonderful work they do - and from which I am benefitting at the moment! So thanks to you for making the podcast and I will be going back through it to find other gems!
I’m really enjoying this podcast. As a Medical Secretary, I’ve learned so much from listening to the experts.
Would love to hear about genetic testing - BRCA gene etc.
Whilst I was receiving my chemo one day with headphones on I actually thought it’d be brilliant idea to tell people how chemo feels and patient views but this is brilliant already. I had T4 N1 with Folfox. The care given was amazing. Neuropathy is really bad though. I’m just happy now to be able to refer back to family, friends etc what treatment was and how bad/good it was. Thanks and thanks again. All credit to you two. Much appreciated. Wayne ( no symptoms at all) Ryan 😂👍👍👍
A great podcast so far. Very clear and informative on specific drugs and aspects of treatment that cancer patients or their family may not know and that they may not be able to ask at this time. Well done on Anne Marie and Michelle for creating a podcast that will help patients and families who no doubt have lots of questions.
