This is helping me so much while l grieve for my Dad. Sinead’s telling of her grief and how she hardly cried and ran away from it resonated with me as although it’s fairly new to me (less than a year) Dad was ill for a long time. It’s been a difficult week as I’ve been away and given myself time, space and peace to let it out.
