I found Grief to be still a taboo subject, unspoken, and a topic that not many wanted to discuss. Unless of course those who were in "the club no-one wants to be in". But to find those people was difficult. So I went on a mission to open the conversation, ... more

  • Thank you!

I listen to you from Australia. We’ve lost our beautiful, beloved son, Joshua. Life is unimaginably difficult without him with us here… Your podcast brings comfort to hear of others who sadly walk this same path. One needs some hope to hear that this is somehow survivable when life feels so unbelievably dark. Thank you for all you do for all of us who grieve.

  • Dads

This is helping me so much while l grieve for my Dad. Sinead’s telling of her grief and how she hardly cried and ran away from it resonated with me as although it’s fairly new to me (less than a year) Dad was ill for a long time. It’s been a difficult week as I’ve been away and given myself time, space and peace to let it out. I sat in a cafe today and watched a daughter laugh with her Dad and it brought tears to my eyes, missing Dad and knowing I won’t have that again. Reliving memories of good... more
