I live on quiet Vancouver Island. The only danger we face at night on the parkway are the presence of deers. I was shocked to discover the existence of joyriding and the unimaginable consequences of this criminal activity. I agree that pursuit training is not the solution. I imagine a future where identified vehicles will be intercepted and stopped by radar-controlled technology.
