They called Gennadi by the wrong name for the entire podcast.
A BIG reason for constant host turnaround on this show is that they come here and check reviews and are constantly told how they aren’t smart enough or old enough to review the Americans, so they quit, because it’s a volunteer position, and then people complain that there’s no Americans Aftershow. Why should they do the show when the fans make it clear that they don’t care about their insight? Just, you know something to think about before you give a one star for a host being born in 1985.
I am a huge fan of Afterbuzz and The Amercans Podcast, but after this past season, this needs new hosts for next season. This season was a major drop off from the people you had in the past. These hosts. Constantly rambled a mumbled incoherently through points and barely touched on main topics. What gives with the absence of most of season 4?
I'd give this a zero star if available. Panel is unprepared to discuss the series. They don't even know what year season 5 is set in (86?, 87?). They provide some sort of inaccurate references to today's political situation. They have no outline or direction. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time.
Please assemble a more articulate panel. The comments continue to be inane and inappropriate.
