I’m a lawyer who wasn’t that interested in legal history until a few years ago. I recently found this pod and binged all the episodes so far and look forward to new ones. Professor Innes is an engaging teacher and each podcast is fairly short but always provides interesting facts and context.

Really unfortunate that so much in our culture has to be stained with 1619 thinking. Though I can thank the host for something: he solidified in my mind the fact that if I want to gain the wisdom of the past, I have to go and get it myself, rather than trust someone to filter it for me.
