Honesty this podcast is great since they cover not just the life of Napoleon but also the society, politics, and wars of that period of History mainly in Europe
Great narrative-style history pod. Digs into a place and time that everyone has heard of, but one I didn’t know a lot about until listening to this show. Great work
I often describe this podcast to friends as being almost in real time (as in, each monthly episode advances Napoleon’s life by about one month). That might sound like a drag, but Everett is masterful at pacing and hitting just the right amount of detail to keep this narrative fresh and interesting. I expect to be listening for years to come!
Without a doubt the best podcast. It’s so good.
