  • Love this podcast

I love the Money Power Politics segment.

Symone doesn’t have the economics cred to fill in for Stephanie in my opinion. Ayman and Jen do a good job keeping the program moving and interesting. Catherine does well. My only critique of Stephanie is when she interrupts her guests. I’m a listener because I can’t stay up late to see her in person so it’s hard to follow what guests are saying around the interruptions.

symone, not a fan at all of her interviewing style. Stephanie ruhle is the only one tht can run the table of guests to create an excellent show.

  • Doubts

The guests are becoming more and more pro-trump, which I personally don’t want to listen to. Also can’t listen to Katherine Rampell’s voice when she subs.

Q: What are your big takeaways from today's Trade Talks?
Analysts suggest there may be little substance in the promised purchases and few concrete deliverables, with focus instead on persuasion and upcoming negotiations; the team questions whether the agreements will materialize for U.S. companies.
'Ceasefire with a lot of fire': U.S. and Iran trade attacks despite truce
Q: What is the current risk to the ceasefire in the speaker's view?
There is concern that despite the ceasefire, real-world actions—such as missiles and naval fire—could destabilize the truce unless both sides blink and a broader framework is agreed.

Q: Why do Rand Paul and the Senate feel that War Powers should be more strictly constrained?
The guest explains that the Constitution reserves war-declaration power to Congress and that after about two months of hostilities, there should be a renewed legislative review, with potential to curb presidential authority unless there is a clear imminent threat or congressional authorization.
