I always get great biblical advice from the Thankful Homemaker. I’m grateful for this podcast and hope others find it too.
Just finished listening to the episode about expectations vs. promises, and I really needed to hear this. As a mother of three girls under the age of 5, I really struggle with slowing down and getting my expectations right, and that daily leads to frustration and anger on my part sadly. This was a great reminder that God never promised perfectly behaved children, but he gifted me the best thing ever, and that children for me to love and to fulfill my role in raising and being an example to.
