  • Great programming

    Been following TTMs Jacked Gazelle and getting loads of newbie strength gains. Also, Kevin’s running base build plan has gotten me running again with no problems. Other programs were over fatiguing and caused shin splints due to too much volume too quick. Went and bought several other TTM programs to stash for post JG. I’ve recommended TTM to my military friends. Thanks Kevin!

    I’ve been training for over 30 years, and in the military for over 20. Kevin puts out some of the best info for tactical and hybrid athletes I’ve ever come across. Thanks for what you do…your content would have saved me a lot of headaches and wear and tear earlier in my career. I hope others pay attention.
