我就是一个典型的追剧人 尤其偏爱2000年的日剧，喜欢那种细腻的感情（或许你知道“一公升的眼泪”🥸）
在他们口中；粉红泡泡🫧是无脑；伤感深情是脱离实际；只有悬疑推理是高智代表；恐怖血腥是个性
现在网络上还充满了对追剧充满了各种刻板印象，让我自我怀疑 比如：
1. “追剧让人变笨”：认为追剧（尤其是倍速看剧）会让大脑被“惰性驯化”，导致注意力被切碎、丧失深度思考和逻辑推理能力。
2. “逃避现实与社交孤立”：认为过度追剧的人是因为在现实中遇到了压力，才躲进剧里寻求安慰，长期下来会导致社交能力下降，甚至引发孤独和焦虑‼️
3. “沉迷幻想”与“脱离实际”：认为观众（尤其是年轻女性）通过追剧构建不切实际的乌托邦🌈
