I'm starting in the programming world, and this podcast series, in conjunction with the book, is an invaluable contribution for Mr. Bart Busschots to us, the beginners! The tricks, expertise, and stories told during the development of UNIX and OS X are fascinating!
In my modest opinion, if you are interested in learning more about shell and using in specific Terminal, this is an obligated start point.
Thanks also to Allison as host of this awesome podcast!
As a long time dabbler n all things Terminal, this podcast must rate as one of the most useful and informative podcasts I have listened to. I have been looking for a podcast that starts from the beginning. Every single podcast I found requires you to know something and say for beginners. Highly recommend for beginners that are looking to venture into any field in IT
