Brother Day was my first seminary teacher years ago and we were studying the Book of Mormon. I will genuinely always be grateful to him for the love of scriptures he helped impress upon me and the way he helped shape my testimony. I’m so grateful to have another forum to listen to his wisdom and testimony again!!
I LOVE talking scripture and Mike and Bryce! They are the perfect duo and complement each other perfectly! I appreciate Mike’s deep dives (especially this year in the OT) and I love Bryce’s modern application to the scriptures. He often leaves me in tears, texting my family “you have to listen to this episode. This week is even better than last week!” Thank you for the time you put into this podcast! It has helped me tremendously!
This was the first Church podcast I listened to several years ago. Since then I have subscribed to several more but I keep coming back to Talking Scripture because of the in depth information and the deep testimonies of these brethren.
Thank you so much for all your time studying these truths out. I have gained greater light and understanding. You have inspired me and given courage to keep going. Also been very helpful teaching the youth.
I’m so excited to have found this podcast! You two are some of my favourite teachers and I find this so inspiring. I thank you both.

Two LDS-hosted scripture-focused discussions explore how to read and apply biblical texts through Come, Follow Me, with a strong emphasis on historical context, symbolism, and personal relevance. Episodes frequently weave in temple imagery, covenants, and Book of Mormon references to illuminate modern faith, leadership, and daily life. A standout trait is the clear emphasis on connecting ancient narratives to practical guidance for families and individuals, often featuring cross-referenced scholarship and reflective storytelling that keeps listeners engaged and thinking beyond a single scripture passage.
