I don’t have a lot of real-life vegan friends, and I so enjoy getting my weekly parasocial friend fix with Becky and Dave. They diligently address all the hard-hitting topics including: “Where can we get a vegan chicken patty?” “Are these new vegan cookies worth the cost?” and, “Omigosh have you heard of this cool new vegan spot?”
I feel like we can complain together about gross vegan products, disappointing restaurant experiences, and lament that all the good stuff is in the UK.
