Every part of this production is excellent. If you’re looking for whimsical fun, rich characters, and some fantastic music sprinkled in, ToNA is where you’ll find it in spades.
The amazing, often bonkers characters (cats too) and situations invented by Mr Callow and expertly brought to life by Mr Pilkington-Rhubarb are fabulous, fun-filled adventure stories. I look forward to hearing more.
Words cannot convey to the uninitiated just how much magic there is overflowing out of every episode of “Tales From New Albion”. The world needs more of this kind of thing now, more than ever.
A most excellent podcast with wonderful stories and great humor. I only wish there were more episodes.
What can I say that has not already been expressed about Sir Rhubarb’s sonorous stories? They are excellent! Excellent! Excellent! If you are looking for engaging steampunk fiction to listen to on you commute to the factories in your flying machine, this is certainly the one to hear. An excellent reading voice, and tales that range from humorous whimsy to dark and dread-filled, submit your ears and find out for yourself how wondrous this pod-broadcast is.
As a podcast junkie who listens 50 to 60 hours a week while I work, I have given many podcasts a trial run. Most never last more than an episode or two. This one made the cut, and I actually look forward to new episodes.
