  • Multi dimensional coverage of crime cases

I started listening to this podcast because it had the best coverage of the Dan Markel murder. The topics are current and the guest are knowledgeable. I watched the recent Donna Adelson trial with STS and found their commentary and answers to questions knowledgeable and interesting. Most importantly, this is information that I could not get elsewhere, especially the legal analysis. Keep up the great work!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Death in Apt 603: The Director from Gripping New Doc Digs Into Mysterious Death of Ellen Greenberg
Q: What would you like? I mean, what's your hope for this docu-series?
My hope is that people get to know Ellen, understand the nuances within her relationship, and recognize the need for a reinvestigation into her suspicious death.
Death in Apt 603: The Director from Gripping New Doc Digs Into Mysterious Death of Ellen Greenberg
Q: Why do you think, as someone who's in the media landscape and a director of documentaries, it's taken 14 years to really kind of crack this open in terms of a media response and media scrutiny?
There had been substantial work done previously that allowed for a strong narrative and evidence compilation, but the initial obscurity of Ellen's case relative to more famous ones may have contributed to the long delay.
NEW Video: Charlie Adelson's Prison Tantrum & Donna Adelson Throws Fit Behind Bars
Q: Do you expect the same thing from Donna Adelson? You think we'll hear the same thing?
Probably, probably it's an etiquette thing that they have to say in the end if they want an appeal.
NEW Video: Charlie Adelson's Prison Tantrum & Donna Adelson Throws Fit Behind Bars
Q: What do you make of this? This is nine days after a conviction, and that's why she had this absolute temper tantrum.
In my opinion, reality did not set in, because if reality would have set in, she would have simply realized the reality is she's there to stay.
Was it Worth It? Those were Dan Markel's Dads Last Words To Donna Adelson But Now He Has More to Say
Q: How do you come up with the powerful question you asked Donna, 'Was it worth it?'
It was something I had pondered for years, wanting to confront the harm caused by her actions and its impact on so many lives.
