I was excited to listen to this podcast based on the title. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to listen to it because the audio quality was so poor.
This podcast is absolutely necessary! Bianca talks about the stigmas surrounding mental health and more specifically within the black community. It’s raw and authentic!
I really enjoy the fact there is a strong emphasis on black mental health in different aspects of our community. This is something worth listening too and I encourage others to spread the word.
