Entering 5th week of a 9 week lockdown in Sydney Australia. Found you and so grateful. Keeping me sane, and giving me the leads to the good stuff. So entertaining and smart and funny. Thank you.

Not as interesting as they think they are
My go to pod for doc talk.
Hosts are great, guests are great, the docs are great. Fun and insightful
This podcast inspired me to check out many documentaries I would have never seen. A smart look at an underappriciated film genre!
I love listening to these guys, they've introduced me to dozens of documentaries that I never would have watched otherwise.
Love this podcast so much, so informative.
I really enjoyed the Kid Icarus episode. When this podcast is good, its an interesting listen. However some episodes go off track a little too much, especially when their guest talk about themselves or topics that have nothing to do with the doc being reviewed.
Still I would give it a shot.
A lot of unnecessary opinions. “I’d like to learn more about Epstein’s financial crimes in this.” Okay, well, it’s about victims, not about the abuser. If you’re examining this doc, how about being able, like any film student, to identify the makers’ goal, and then analyze how well the goal was achieved, rather than assuming any of us care about what you’d personally rather see. As a doc filmmaker, I’ve been listening for years, and I enjoy it so much! Smart. Insightful. Entertaining.
Love documentaries and comedy. Rare to find one with both. Love Paco and George
Was hit or miss for me, listened as it's always interesting to hear other perspectives on doc films. I unsubscribed when one of them only watched 20 minutes of 'the legend of cocaine island' before the review then descended into toilet talk for no reason. No thanks.
great guys
I stopped listening when they mocked the republican that wrote in. Yes, I agree that less than 50% of your listeners are conservatives as of today.
