A great podcast, it has really helped me understand mental health on a much deeper level.
Great podcast, it’s good to have a place that covers topics that aren’t always spoken about. We all face struggles but are often taught that it’s a weakness to show vulnerability and to share these stories. Good to have a place to hear God working in people’s lives and ultimately sustaining them.
Dave is so encouraging and his perspective on life, mental health, the good, the bad and the blessed has genuinely helped my family. I always feel uplifted after the weekly update from Dave and his guests. Keep up the great work Dave and Jess.
I love these episodes. They’re so real and such a good reminder that it’s okay to be honest, to feel safe, and to have a faith that’s real instead of perfect. Growing up, I struggled with seeing Christianity as perfectionism, So hearing you guys talk about faith and the Bible in such an authentic way really means a lot. Thank you!
Cutting through the common facade us humans tend to project- that we’ve got it all together, Dave honestly and openly shares his own journey and explores multiple forms of mental illness that so many of us suffer from. With so many wise voices on mental illness from the community with Christ at the centre of the conversation, it’s a must listen!
