  • The Business Friends I Always Wanted

Listening to Style and Substance feels like sitting down with the business friends I wish I had. Their conversations are smart, inspiring, and deeply relatable - covering everything from connecting to your vision, finding brand clarity, asking for what you’re worth, setting priorities, being in alignment, and finding the courage to move forward each week.

  • Ep 65 - Menopause, Midlife

Oh gosh, this really resonated with me. After leaving a well paid job as Head of design over three years ago (and only realising that I was in the menopause afterwards!) Her tips on where to invest and where you can save were so practical. I... more

  • Worth the listen

I have listened to every episode from the beginning and I always find myself nodding or taking note while listening. What I love about Fiona and Elizabeth is that they don't mind digging deep into the topic. Very constructive and encouraging podcast.

I’ve only listening to a handful of episodes so far but I’ve taken so much away from each one and can’t wait to listen to the rest! Thank you ladies xx
