A wonderful listen.
It’s charming, interesting, informative, gentle, funny and varied, it will connect you to the seasons and ground you, a perfect oasis in a scary world. Best of all it’s ad-free and there’s no subscription - long may that continue.
This is a lovely informative yet relaxing podcast. Been listening to it for about 3 years and have bought the almanac too. Only thing that lets it down for me is the music. Not enjoyed any of the music in the time I’ve been listening and find it a bit discordant to the rest of the podcast. Excellent podcast apart from the music.
this is my favourite podcast. a little slice of quiet, peace and relaxation each month that i look forward to every time.
I am new to the Ffern community. Although I have heard of the foundation and other endeavors of the creators, I was unaware that I would stumble upon such a lovely podcast which allows me to unwind, while being immersed in the simplicity of the tranquil, albeit unaltered beauty of nature and the calming human voice. What a treat to stumble upon whilst seeking peacefulness in such an abnormally busy and chaotic world. Cheers!
