  • Step by step and not overwhelming

    This podcast is so relatable. I love her approach to fixing the foundations first (meaning the pelvic floor), before jumping straight into fitness, and I love the step by step methodical way she approaches things. It keeps things doable and not overwhelming. If you are a new mom and you are wanting to get your body back into shape after delivery, this podcast is a must-listen for you.
