Storm Chasers is a big story with a whole lot of heart, which is evident in every facet of its production. The characters are well-developed with intriguing backstories, and expertly peppered throughout the larger narrative. Balanced between action, drama, and comedy, and some wonderful show art for those lucky enough to listen/watch it on YouTube.
Storm Chasers is pinging every thing I want out of a nautical fantasy show. A bunch of adventure seekers board a ship to sail the Wandering Sea. There are pirates, magical storms, deformed creatures, burgeoning friendships, ghost ships, poisonous fogs, cursed captains, and goddesses of the sea. It's great fun.

This has been a lot of fun so far! I’m loving all of the character dynamics and conflicting personalities that have already been set up, especially between Dodds and Magnus (though my favourite is Quinn. He is the only (semi) responsible one among a crew of chaos gremlins. Evindall doesn’t count as I’m sure he is the most chaotic of them all). I’m looking forward to seeing where this goes!
I highly recommend this show to fans of fantasy/action/comedy. It has elements of some of my favorite anime as well.
