This show is funny! The voices are brilliant. The mispronunciations of words are hilarious. I’m only at the end of season one but I’m hoping it continues to be great.
After listening to the first season, i must say, Brandon really is a jerk of life
I’m on season 13, first few seasons are pretty good then it gets to a point like season 6/7 where it’s a 25 minute episode where the first 8 minutes is a song he sings and then the last 8 minutes is also a song he sings and it’s not good. Season 10 I skipped finishing because it’s dumb and season 11 has AI artwork so I skipped that too and season 12 is filler, I mean it’s all filler really. It’s fine to set an hour sleep timer and have it playing just loud enough to barely hear it.
Even better than midnight burger
I never thought hearing “pee-ain’t ball” could get funnier every time, let alone have me laughing uncontrollably. Thank you so much for this story!!

A satirical, fiction-driven mystery universe follows Brandon and his best friend Kyle as they runInvesti-Gators, a makeshift private investigating outfit. Across episodes, they tackle missing persons, cult-like town mysteries, ghosts, and surreal crime beats with sharp humor, meta-commentary, and a self-aware spoof of true-crime tropes. The show leans into outrageous dialogue, recurring characters, and over-the-top scenarios that blend crime, comedy, and absurdity into a long-running, audience-driven arc that rewards listeners with callbacks, outrageous set pieces, and escalating stakes while poking fun at genre conventions.
