My new favorite podcast
I have listened to the festival of smiles no less than 20 times
the podcast should be called stars because I was laughing so hard I fell and hit my skull on the stove and there were stars circling around my head like in a cartoon and I couldn’t see good anymore. They should start also talking about restaurants like mcdonald
I’ve burped and farted so much. It’s a regular butter chicken factory over here.
Great but needs more of Pat discussing the great state of Maine

This show blends lighthearted banter with sharp observations about everyday retail and consumer experiences. Across recent episodes, hosts explore a wide range of stores—from discount chains to high-end boutiques—while weaving in personal anecdotes, humor, and candid takes on shopping culture, pricing, and the social dynamics of storefronts. The mix of humor, nostalgia, and cultural critique makes it feel like a playful tour of American retail, with guest perspectives adding broader context on fashion, food, and everyday consumer moments. A standout aspect is the show's ability to pivot from specific store stories to larger questions about value, experience, and how retail shapes daily life.
