  • 5.08 minutes of nothing in a 12+ minute EP.

The host spent the first 5.08 minutes of a 12.39 minute episode, talking about himself, and then ended the start with his Patreon. Only then getting to the content of stoicism. Two stars for creating a stoic podcast but none for the content.

  • Simple and practical

Stoicism is not complicated. Philosophy doesn’t have to be complicated. This podcast series does justice to that.
