But Michelle is fixing that. She’s answering questions I didn’t even know to ask yet & giving me information so I know the right questions to ask my admin or those who will step in to help from our intermediate school district. This podcast is my new favorite!
Michelle’s podcast format is so well organized and easy to follow! I am learning from if and can related to episodes.

I absolutely LOVE the way Michelle delivers such helpful, practical tips based on her own real-life experiences and invaluable lessons learned - in such a genuine, caring, grace-filled way. You really sense just her authentic encouragement, and it’s like having a cheerleader or big sister pouring into you as you listen!!
