In my option, this particular podcast - “Star Trek Sessions” - contains very little (if any) useful content about the Star Trek Universe. There is absolutely no coverage of the latest news around Paramount’s plans for TV series, 60th anniversary convention updates or Quentin Tarantino’s Trek movie. I therefore find this a very very poor podcast for those in the trek fandom.
However, for fans of Star Wars this show is utterly perfect.

Two UK-based hosts share weekly Star Wars discussions, banter, and deep dives into new films, animated series, and behind-the-scenes news. Episodes cover a mix of spoiler-light reactions, craft comparisons (soundtracks, animation, visual effects), franchise-wide storytelling, and fan culture events, often weaving in personal anecdotes and UK-centric perspectives. Noteworthy is the approachable, enthusiastic vibe, the balance of analysis with humor, and a strong emphasis on staying connected with listeners through Q&A, live events, and Patreon content—making it a solid option for fans who want thoughtful takes without heavy spoilers.
