    I love listening to Michael and Shireen about practical little tidbits about how to remind us about our higher purpose as we navigate through the day to day. They are great at covering heavy topics and teaching you how to get through tough times, anxiety, depression, grief, etc - making the topics discussed so much lighter and easy to understand and put into practice.
