  • Genuinely life changing

I can’t begin to put into worlds how this podcast has helped to equip me with the tools I need to shift my deeply ingrained patterns, be kinder to myself, and guided me towards living my most authentic life. The content and the hosts own healing journeys resonate so deeply with my own. The themes discussed are so relevant to what so many of us struggle with in this busy, modern day world / rat race. They are able to articulate so clearly the feelings I sometimes struggle to express myself.

  • Self Acceptance

I really liked episode 85 about all or nothing thinking. It’s amazing to hear them chat and unpack their own lives in real time. It’s as if they model for you how to break down the concepts in your own life. So many “ah ha!” moments. I’d love to hear a follow up episode about radical self acceptance. Keep spiralling higher ladies.

  • Keep slaying ! 💪💓🔥🌈🦄

You two are doing amazing work. Thank you for the candid and insightful conversations! I have found my people. 🤗🙏🫶 I’ve only listened to two episodes so far (episode 46 and the throwback episode that was released on Aug 13,2024), and I’m totally hooked. I totally appreciate the thoughtfulness and realness in which you two discuss topics, such as, spirituality, manifestation, self-love/compassion, love, and kindness — all without making it seem hella cheesy and corny — it’s so refreshing!
