  • Feel like it’s less spilly

I feel that the girls have def changed things up this season with guests and structure. They are fantastic interviewees. However as an OG listener I feel that they are sharing less than before. Interested to see what direction the show goes in.

  • It’s been my saving grace 🥰

This pod, and these women have literally gotten me through the most devastating month - a month where songs were too heartbreaking to listen to & familiar podcasts were too much a thing of the time before loss.

To say these girls have kept me going whilst driving, crying, missing, walking and just being is an understatement. This pod has been a lifeline of sorts, when the quietness too loud their voices filled in the gaps with soulful chats and warmth of a friend. It’s nothing short of brillian... more

Tom Stroud's Transformation from Ghosting Gals to Connection Connoisseur
Q: What sparked Tom Stroud's current work on men's mental health and dating culture?
Tom describes a combination of his Love is Blind experience, his own personal growth, and a chance encounter with a mental health speaker that led him to co-found and grow a movement focused on emotional openness among men.
Roxie Nafousi: Battling Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Setting Boundaries & Dating Advice
Q: What is your current view on dating given your experiences and being a mother?
Dating now feels like a mix of openness and a need for boundaries; I want to explore and have fun, but I also prioritize my own well-being, chemistry, and compatibility, and I'm not willing to compromising those for the sake of staying in a relationship.
Em the Nutritionist on trolls, food relationships & becoming a millionaire
Q: Can you tell us about your experience with money and success?
I often attach safety to money, and hitting that first million is about being able to secure a safe and happy future.
Em the Nutritionist on trolls, food relationships & becoming a millionaire
Q: What have been some of the challenges you've faced in your journey?
Initially, the trolling really affected me as I was obsessed with trying to please everyone, which took a toll on my mental health.
Lessons in Love
Q: What lessons in love have you learned about other people?
I feel like learning to unlove things that I thought I loved. And learning to like say no to things and not feeling guilty for it.
