    I got an ADHD diagnosis earlier this year and have been learning a lot about it, and learning a lot about myself at the same time. Listening to south of normal has really helped me begin to make heads or tails of everything and Jheri is such a fun host that it makes learning fun. Love this show, couldn’t recommend it enough.
