Darren mentioned getting a colonoscopy a few episodes back, and all I can say is don't wait. I had my first one done right before my 48th birthday back in February this year. They discovered a tumor and I've spent most of 2026 being treated for the cancer they found. It's sucked, but a bright spot in all of it has been my enjoyment of The Sound of Hockey.
