I appreciate the host. I listened to as many Kraken podcasts as possible: The Deep Dive, Seattle Kraken Audio Network, The Kraken Pod, Signals From the Deep, and Locked on Kraken. I’ve listened to them all looking for the best one with content. This podcast is easily the worst.
If you listen closely to what is said, then you’ll find the content doesn’t say much more than open comments that are facts (easiest to see if you critically read the transcript). It seems like the host is playing it sa... more
This seems to be one of the only LockedOn pods where the host knows nothing about the sport or team they’re covering. The host of an NHL focused pod should probably know how to pronounce Boeser and Ehlers name correctly. There are way better Kraken podcasts right now. The show needs a new host.
I’ve tried several times to give this pod a chance. I’m sad to say it’s just not good as currently constituted.
I listen to multiple other Locked-On podcasts for my other teams. This one is just unlistenable.
The hockey content is non-substantive and superficial and there is way too much other non-Kraken, non-hockey stuff (veering into social and political opinions).
It’s locked on something…but it’s not Locked-On Kraken.
Unfortunately I’ve been unable to listen long enough to reach the end of a single episode. Just can’t do it. Wanted to like it but it’s just not good.
Nothing about hockey just some woke sjw here spewing her agenda. Typical when you make a DEI hire lol.
