The questions here are just perfect. They get so much out of each guest and give an insight into musicians that few other shows are able to attain. Brad is fantastic as host and the collection of guests is phenomenal. Fascinating whether you know the interviewee or not.
I love this podcast! It’s such a great idea and Brad picks guests who are so articulate and surprising in their choices. A vital listen!
pleased to stumble across a music talk pod hosted by the person who facilitated my own contribution to the discogs database. 3 cheers!
Love how Brad is so comfortable with his guests, I feel like I’m eavesdropping sometimes! Love the Tim Gormley/Burial Beer episode in particular (looooove Burial so much).
My favorite interview podcasts have a theme strong enough to guide conversation and loose enough to flow wherever. Ding ding ding, Brad found one! Who doesn’t wanna hear people talk about the art they love? Especially cool to hear so many otherworldly experimental artists revealing their humanity through the mainstream stuff that got them to where they are. Please keep making this show!
