Great music pod
Really interesting idea, loving hearing all these stories of demo tapes from all sorts of brilliant people.
This really was a joyous listen. Just fabulous to hear El and Ant reliving those days past. They were a fabulous band who really deserved their day in the sun. Needless to say I jumped on the episode with my old mate Will Carruthers after this. Top work all round.
Thanks so much for the new interview with Patrick Flegel/Cindy Lee! Such an awesome episode!
I'm enjoying the hell out of this podcasts - lots of insights, stories and perspectives. Some familiar guests, and some that are new to me - all encouraged to share memories and thoughts in an relaxed and welcoming atmosphere created by the hosts Steve and Ben, who seem to relish the opportunity to dig into notions of the creative life, and to unearth some buried (lung) nuggets of memory. Highly recommend this.
