  • Used to listen. Not anymore.

Longshore is not objective. Way too biased towards the front office. I used to listen, and he has a good voice, but I canโ€™t anymore. This team would be in better shape with more objective journalism.

  • Time Stamps?

I love this podcast but can yโ€™all please put the time stamps in the show notes??? The great podcasts do that. I just want to listen to Atlanta United news and MLS news/previews. I donโ€™t care about the Premier League, any other league news or World Cup news.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Soccer Down Here 1v1: West Ham and NASL Legend Clyde Best
Q: My first question for you, sir, is when someone knocked on your door and wanted to do this documentary on you, what was your initial reaction?
I was happy and curious about how the project would tell my story, and I was glad the director had a personal connection through a schoolmate, which helped start the process.
SDH AM 7.17.26: MLS, ATLUTD, Nashville SC, Michael Parkhurst, IFCFP, World Cupdates, AM News
Q: What are the groups and structure for the Ifcpf World Cup draw in Fayetteville?
Ash Hammond explained the draw, noting 20 national teams across six continents, with 12 men's teams and eight women's teams, and detailed how the event will unfold at the National Training Center.
Breaking Down USMNT: Kacey White on SDH AM 6.16.26
Q: How did Tillman impact the midfield and the attack?
Tillman was able to roam with freedom when Adams covered space, producing a more dynamic, creative midfield. His ability to press high and then join the attack helped the US control the tempo and unlock spaces for Baligan and the wingers.
CBS Golazo Network's Chris Wittyngham on USMNT: SDH AM 6.12.26
Q: What about the defensive setup and Chris Richards' role?
Richards is seen as a stabilizing force in central defense, essential alongside Tyler Adams; his stability allows the fullbacks to press and helps organize the back line against top opposition.
CBS Golazo Network's Chris Wittyngham on USMNT: SDH AM 6.12.26
Q: Who should start in goal, Freeze or Turner?
The consensus is that Freeze has the edge based on minutes against Germany and being the more solid option, though Turner has higher ceiling based on MLS performance; the decision hinges on who can handle the pressure and provide consistency.
