Really impressed with the quality and depth of the material in this podcast - I had previously purchased a book and a sleep course from other sources, both of which go into less detail than this podcast makes available for free.
The bases on which all sleep advice is provided are sound and trustworthy (not the case for all sources on baby sleep online), and best of all, it works! I can only highly recommend it!
Love the format and information!
Every episode is so straight to the point, with good humor and lots of encouragement for parents. It’s been very helpful on my journey with a newborn, and I also listen to the episodes about older kiddos so I know what’s to come!
Love this podcast so far! So happy I stumbled upon it. Erin is so lovely to listen to, makes so much sense and is incredibly comforting. Very clearly knows what she’s talking about and is so helpful. Thank you Erin! You’ve renewed my sleep hopes and dreams! 😂😍
