I have no idea if the stories are any good. I could not get past the fingernail chalkboard audio. The recording sounds like one of those ASMR performances, where every T, P, and S is overly enunciated, into a raw unshielded microphone. For me, this was the antithesis of a sleep story. It was like having someone tap on my window with a penny.

this podcast is my favorite and my go-to. I listen to it basically every night, and have listened to every story more than once!! it is the perfect way to get me out of my head and actually help me go to sleep and focus on something calming. I do wish there were more frequent updates but still my all-time favorite!!
