If you read enough of a genre, the tropes become engrained in you and you see where things are going. I read 50+ fantasy books a year, and I have no clue, episode to episode, what is coming in “Skill Eater”, and that is an Autumn breeze in an arid desert’s Summer peak.
Can’t wait to see what Mr. Dinkel has in store for the Perez Pair and others as the story continues. I’m in for the long haul!
