I'm Jenny Peterson, former holistic practitioner turned mind-body rebel. For 20 years I've helped people get to the root of chronic symptoms by changing the subconscious patterns behind them.

Most people think healing happens when you find the right protocol, the right diet, or the right routine. But real healing happens when your identity changes.
In this episode, I’m talking about why your symptoms won’t heal until you become someone n... more
Most people think healing is about what they’re doing right now.
But your body responds to patterns your subconscious learned years ago — often before the age of 12.
In this episode, I explain why your past is still affecting your health today, and ... more

As someone who suffered from weekly anaphylaxis episodes of varying degrees- I can attest to this system working!
I had figured out that somewhere along the way my body turned this “switch” on and if I could just teach my body to turn it off- I could eventually teach my body to keep it off. I just couldn’t figure out how to get to the “off switch”!
When I came across Jenny’s program I knew I finally found out how to do just that! I’ve been symptom free and med free since.

I signed up for the MBR program and am liking it so far. Been on a mind-body journey for 2 years; since discovering Jenny’s podcast a couple weeks ago, I’ve been astounded by her insight and wisdom into WHY we have chronic symptoms. A master blend of psychology, trauma, childhood hurts, and health. Wonderful!
Excellent episode! As an MBR Program graduate, I highly recommend anyone dealing with chronic or lingering health issues to reach out to Jenny. For me, The MBR Program was the first introduction to GNM, which finally answered many questions I had about health and made perfect sense of why symptoms appear - I am forever grateful! but even more than that, the MBR Program takes its students beyond the "aha!" moments onto the vital, very practical path of integration - combining GNM insights with co... more
Great info! I have overcome many health issues and symptoms by focusing on my mind and thoughts! Threw away all the supplements. This concept works!
Attributes physiological disturbances and immune system failure caused by exposure to toxic mold as “subconscious tracks,” meaning it’s all in your head. Would you tell a person that is allergic to peanuts to think positive to avoid anaphylaxis? No. It would be nice if we could “think” our way out of real medical issues, however, it is not possible. Beware, she is a snake oil salesman and is hindering progress into looking into the physical effects of toxic mold.
