When the clutter, motherhood, relationships, and life seem too overwhelming. When you have resentment and frustration every day – this is a sign you have been living on auto-pilot- letting life happen to you instead of living it ON PURPOSE. I’ve been there. Three kids under 4 and I decided to declutter my home and realized I was living my whole life on autopilot. I wanted more. I wanted to take ac... more

I’ve been listening for quite some time but never paused to write a review until now. Shawna is so authentic and open and it feels like sitting down to coffee with a friend. Real world stuff and practical suggestions for living a life of simplicity and dropping the overwhelm society is serving up for us.
I've been a listener for over 3 years, and truly, Shawna is my go-to, trusted, nerdy girlfriend on all of life's topics! I have been listening to this podcast on and off for a couple of years and always enjoyed her tips and inspiration. However, I just finished the recent episode on planning your day and I am disturbed by some of her comments. I’ve been listening to Shawna for over 4 years and she is the best coach and guide a girl can ask for, wise beyond her years. She is impact. Her soothing voice, humor and her humble, real and authentic guidance and steer us through life. Mums this the place for you to be. Simple on purpose. I wait for each episode to be aired and hear them over and over.
Love this podcast as well as Shawna’s coaching and workshops and workbook. Shawna really listens and gives great feedback. Her podcast is full of gems and I really appreciate all the work she pours into them.
