スペシャル企画の誘導瞑想を拝聴したのですが、もの凄く眠れました。お声が可愛らしく柔らかでテンポも丁度良い。聞いているとどんどん力が抜け、いつの間にか夢の国へ…。眠りの質が良くない時にこういった誘導を利用するのですが好みに合うものは少ないです。誘導のみバージョンがあれば最高。
もちろんトークも楽しく勉強になるので、寝ない時に聴いてます。が、やはりこの誘導の才は貴重。もっとたくさん聴きたいです。
