Super helpful and inspiring, especially for risk professionals without a team/without others in risk management at the company.
Small point of feedback—would like to see more organization on the podcast platform so that new episodes aren’t classified in “unknown season.” Kind of hit or miss where we’re going to find the next episode.
The podcast is a gem.
Mike’s interview skills shine bright, with well developed insights for the subject matter, drawing out salient factors to keep listeners enthusiastic!
The guests are open about what’s worked, historical challenges, and pathways of career choices. Very informative !
Great dialogue with the guests while covering relevant topics that insurance professionals face on a daily basis. It’s nice to listen to others perspectives and thoughts on the topics at hand.
Excellent interviews by Mike Tannenbaum. They provide a good look into a Risk Management career. I enjoyed listening to the podcasts after mine to compare and contrast the role of the Risk Manager at various companies. I highly recommend this series especially for those just starting out but also for any risk manager mid career looking for a way to expand their role.
I found this podcast to be very insightful for not only those interested in a career in Risk Management and Insurance but also for industry professionals. It was great to hear how Lisa’s career evolved throughout the insurance industry, her current role and responsibilities as well as her advice for young professionals.
Mike does a great job making the podcast informative and educational but also fun to listen to! I’m looking forward to the next episode
Mike’s podcast is a great insight into the world of hiring in the risk management sector..
Loved the episode with Lisa Kerr and can’t wait for the next one!
