A：朱子穎校長當年接任瀕臨殺校的小學校長一職，上任首日便收到政府的殺校信，他卻將危機視為改革試驗場。主張讓考試回到評估教學成效、學習時間採取 Less is More、引入大數據、檢視不必要校規等，讓校園回應學習本質，服務學生真實需要與能力養成，而非僅求背誦與分數。

Q：談到生態，我的神學怎麼沒聲音？
A：在教會裡提到生態環境，我們的不適應其來有自，張浩然老師為我們爬梳生態神學的脈絡。
一九六七年，一篇登在《科學》的論文把生態危機的根源回溯到猶太—基督教傳統：「治理這地」被解讀成掠奪自然的授權。這篇論文被引用上千次，基督信仰成了要被解決的問題。
過去六十年，教會有防禦的論述，說人類是受造界的管家；也有神學家自我反省，認為人不該把自己放在中心，回過頭檢視我們的釋經與神學，看見生態環境不只是「背景」。
