Q：面對組織的包袱，出路是什麼？
A：接任校園福音團契總幹事三年，左心泰牧師給自己設定的首要目標，是恢復組織內部的信任感。
然而，不同年資、位置的同工，看法自然有落差。面對組織更新，我們也常落入兩種極端：完全否定過去，或死守歷史包袱。但心泰牧師分享了第三種眼光——「園丁思維」。
